Skippers can start lining boat up along wall next to MCYC around 8:00AM.  Procession will start at 11:00AM followed by a memorial wreath tossed in the open water of Lake Michigan by the Coast Guard and The Sea Scouts. You are invited to follow the Coast Guard Boat out on the lake for the ceremony.  If inclimante weather wreath will be laid in channel.
